Made an appointment a few days out for a simple fluid change. Arranged a ride and missed some working hours to drop off vehicle. When I arrived, I was told they wouldn't get to me today despite having made an appointment and arranged transportation.

My daughter purchased a "new to her" car that had 188k miles only to find out that there was a coolant leak. She took it in, and Certified Automotive did an inspection of that and the entire car. They found that the head gasket was leaking into one of the cylinder. They gave her a fair and honest estimate on the repair and any other issues it had. They fixed the head gasket, replaced the alternator, and replaced the timing belt kit (including the water pump and other parts under the timing cover). They even attempted to fix the AC when we had told them to just ignore it. Being the father of a daughter that doesn't "live around the corner", I feel I can trust Mike and his team of professionals to be honest and take care of her automotive needs when I can't. I'd give them 11 stars if it were possible. Thank you, Mike (and team)...
